CF web page fails to load correctly

hi, i am having some problems with our website which was developed in
coldfusion MX v8. the problem experienced is that when you refresh the website
page from the browser, the page fails to reload correctly and just displays a
'7' in the top left hand corner. can someone please advise as to why this is
happening?
